„Saved
by flight“ - Hedwig Dinolt-Fixel‘s privilege to flee Vienna in 1938
saved her life. Her parents stayed in Vienna and were disowned, deported
and killed. By taking refuge Hedwig was able to tell the story of her
family and their demise years later after the war, so they won’t be
forgotten.
